To access our Platform's services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

The Platform offers two primary account types: Candidate accounts and Employer accounts. Candidate accounts are for individuals seeking employment opportunities, while Employer accounts are for organizations seeking to hire talent. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Our Platform utilizes artificial intelligence technology to assess candidates' technical skills, personality traits, and professional capabilities. The AI assessment process includes automated interviews, skill evaluations, and personality assessments. While we strive to maintain high accuracy in our AI assessments, you acknowledge that these assessments are algorithmic in nature and may not be perfect. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or employment results based on these assessments.

Users agree to participate in assessments honestly and independently. Any attempt to manipulate, deceive, or bypass our AI assessment systems is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action. We reserve the right to invalidate assessment results if we suspect any form of misconduct or technical interference.

Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights
• Share confidential information without authorization

By submitting content to our Platform (including but not limited to profiles, resumes, job postings, and communications), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

Employers using our Platform agree to pay the following fees:

• Job Posting fees
• Additional services as per our current pricing structure
• Applicable taxes and charges

We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure with appropriate notice to users.

Basic candidate profiles and AI assessments are currently free of charge. Premium services, including but not limited to profile boosting and specialized interview preparation, may be subject to fees as clearly indicated on the Platform. We reserve the right to introduce new paid services or modify existing service structures with appropriate notice.

We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. This includes:

• Personal identification information
• Professional history and qualifications
• Assessment responses and results
• Platform usage data
• Communication records

Users acknowledge that certain information will be shared with potential employers or candidates as necessary for the Platform's intended purpose.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. Users acknowledge this risk and agree that we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission or storage. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for any actions taken through their account.

All content, features, and functionality of our Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and AI algorithms, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

While users retain ownership of their submitted content, they grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media format for the purpose of providing and promoting our services.

Our Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, or suitability for your purposes. We do not guarantee job placement, hiring success, or the accuracy of AI assessments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Personal or professional damage
• Any other commercial damages or losses

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the previous 1 month.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, users agree to:

• Attempt informal resolution through written communication
• Participate in mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator
• Submit to binding arbitration if mediation fails

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Inappropriate behavior
• Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination:

• Access to your account will be disabled
• Ongoing services will be canceled
• Outstanding payments will become immediately due
• Your content may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using our Platform. Prior versions of the Terms may be available upon request.
